How much does shipping costs?

  • The cost of shipping will depend on where you are shipping your product.

What are your shipping options?

  • We can ship your order in 3 different ways through USPS:
    • First Class Package – takes about 3-5 business days
    • Priority Mail – takes about 3-5 business days
    • Priority Mail Express – takes about 1-2 business day

Where do you ship?

  • Currently, we are only able to ship our products in mainland US.

What is your return policy?

  • We allow for returns of certain items within 15 days of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed, unused, and in the original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us first at info@alpsmd.com to explain the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will replace any items that are defective or damaged at no cost to you. For more information, please read our Return Policy.

Do you allow exchanges?

  • If an item is damaged or defective, we will exchange it for you at no extra cost. Please send us an email at info@alpsmd.com to let us know that your item is damaged. You may then send your item to us at the following address: 6B Culnen Drive, Branchburg, NJ, USA 08876.
